Random Delights

Holly: Sorry to hear your hamster died Bob... Bob: Window cleaners for British rail should watch out for flying man-eating deckchairs today, swimming in from the south along with the flea-ridden coathangers. The muffin man is responsible for the sudden outburst of rain yesterday as he forgot to pay the rent on his blue strawberries. I'm sorry, did you say you wanted a biscuit? Holly: Random! Custard cream please.

Hey team,

Well... I've finally done it... Gone and got myself a blog. I'm not entirely sure that is it the wisest way to keep my sanity. After all, the least amount of introspection the better, or something along those lines.

I was just sitting around and remembering how my work collegues reminded me that I was going to eat less chocolate... And then I started wondering, how long exactly would be a healthy timeframe to NOT eat chocolate. And then I started wondering, with all the obvious health benefits of chocolate ... why would I want to even stop. I think all this pondering springs from my rather exciting adventure with a Belgian last night.

Now, one could say that I am mildly over-exaggerating the adventure, but to each his own adventure. I was visiting a friend last night and for the 3rd week in a row I walked past a beautifully wrapped Belgian Easter egg. To which I quipped to my delightful friend... "Why have you still got an Easter egg left... what's wrong with you". Because clearly, the only reason not to eat chocolate is if you are feeling sick (even then you negotiate). My other delightful friend then said that "I don't eat chocolate, but a friend gave it to me"... I can't believe that I have know this as yet un-named person for 4 years and that never came up in conversation... That's not a little thing... That's like not eating Strawberries and cream at Wimbledon, or not drinking Guiness in Ireland... What crazy place can this conundrum exist? Anyways, the Belgian came home with me. Yippeee.

That my friends bring us back to my point... that in fact there is no healthy timeframe to not each chocolate. So I'm off.... See ya.
