Godfather communicates with Mishy B

It's a normal working day... filled with blood results and phone calls. Sometimes these phonecalls end in frustration and sometimes in absolute hilarity. You will have to look very closely, but you too can see the joy of receiving a fax from 'THE GODFATHER'.

Needless to say, I spent the rest of the day telling everyone about it... and wondering if it would have been inappropriate to send a thank-you note from the 'HORSES HEAD'.
